Elyette Blouse and Jacket Sewing Pattern ELYETTE can be sewn as a blouse or a jacket, depending on the fabric chosen. A lightweight fabric creates a shirt-like effect, which can be achieved with a mandarin collar or bias binding. The sleeves are set in, but quite wide and without ease at the top (similar to a tunic). Footage and supplies: Long sleeves We recommend using light to medium-weight fabrics such as

They can be three-quarter length or long (in two parts: upper and lower), gathered with four pleats and finished with a cuff. Small patch pockets on the front echo the pleats of the sleeves. A wide hem can be used as a drawstring to tighten the bottom.
